1. Only Registered Members can view the details of other members and other Kul Related confidential data.

2. Before Registering yourself as New Member, please check whether your user account has been created or not. To do this please send an E mail to phatakkul@gmail.com or send an sms to 9822033033 by giving following details-a. First Name b. Father Name c.Grandfather name d. Mobile No e. E Mail Id f. Gharana g.Vanshaval h.Date of Birth. OR Click on the Link "Check Membership" above We will check from our side and will send you an E mail or sms giving your username and password, if your name is already registered, if not we will request you to "Register (as) New Member" by clicking on that link.

3. In case you are already registered, please click on "Log In Existing Member, put your username and password and click "Submit". This will take you to Member area where you can edit your own profile by clicking " Edit Profile" link at top right corner of the page. You can see the details of other members and you can search the list of members by Name, City,Country, Gharana or ID. You can view " Phatak Kulvrutanta 2013 edition" in pdf form.

4. In case you are not already registered please do it by clicking on the link " Register New Member" (at the top right corner of the page)
This will take you to a new page where you have to fill up your( or for whom you are registering) name, Last Name(Phatak or Raste), your E mail Id ( valid and in use), your choice username and password(minimum 6 characters). It can generate an error if username is already being used, or E mail Id is invalid or you have not filled some fields.
If username you typed is unique and E mail Id is valid and you have filled other fields, then after pressing "continue", the system will take you to other page where you have to fill all your details including your photo.
You are supposed to give all your details but following fields are essential to accept the form

• Your father name
• Grandfather name
• Mobile Number
• Date of Birth( in ddmmyyyy)

after filling all the details in the form and clicking on submit, you will get a thank you message( or error if required fields are not filled) as this: "Thank you for your registration. 
We will send You an E-Mail confirming your participation in Phatak-Kul-Samiti."
You will receive an E mail( E mail Id specified in first page) with your username and password, if the details you provided in the process were found to be authentic. You may get a phone call on your mobile number or E Mail on your Id if the administrator wants to verify certain details to authenticate your request.
If the administrator can not verify the credentials and do not get the required information for authentication, he can delete the request.
Once the administrator authenticates the request, you will get the E mail with username and password and you become the registered Member of Phatak Kul.

5.You are requested to change your password by clicking on Change password link in edit profile window.

6. In case you forget your username and password. Please click on "Log In Existing Member" and then "Forgot Password" link. you have to fill your name, your father name and your Birth date as provided in the registration and press submit. You will receive an E Mail, with your username and password, on earlier registered E Mail Id.

7. For Security Reasons you are supposed to be active in member area but in case the system finds the idle time too long it can generate the error screen, which can be eliminated by refreshing the browser and logging again.
